I like how people are keeping those performing well with potential, and trying to trade those whose value are at their lowest right now. When generally things are the other way around. I'll put up a totally different side. I think the most likely player to be traded are players like TWill and Dalembert. I'd even put Lowry in this group depending on the player we receiver back. As well as PPat if he comes back and play well. These are players with real value. They have friendly contracts, they'll put up good numbers with upside. Or in Dalembert's case because he's a center. If he plays well he'll be a huge commodity come the trade deadline. Teams don't trade their great players for our underperforming players. Only Rockets fans would say things like KMart sucks and then turn around and think we can get Granger for him. It's this sort of absurdity the reason why GMs aren't a bunch of ex-fans. Because GMs live in a real world where you give up value for value.
Since no one is untradable, then logically the players most likely to be traded are the ones who other teams are asking for the most = your highest value assets. Martin, Scola and Lowry are the most likely to be traded based on this logic...with Patterson as the most asked about young asset. My answer is Patterson. He potentially could be the young asset traded in any trade scenario; whereas starters would only show interest when the other team needs a starter at the respective position.
Dream Trade <--- Love It But How Bout G.Dragic, Kevin Martin, Chase Budinger, Scola, Traded To The Pacers For Paul George, 1st Rounder, Roy Hillbert, & Some Old Dude Contract. Yes? No? Dreaming?
Hey, are we all-of-a-sudden supposed to make sense here? BTW, I can't see why we'd trade Dalembert, except at the trade deadline after we've given up on the season.
Mchale wants defense and said numerous times he wants two near 7 footers to defend the basket. Budinger = gone Martin= already gone in spirit, he knows he sucks at defense Nba teams do not want these guys Expect us to have to trade williams or lee in some combination and i like us showcasing jordan hill to get finally catch the big fish we have been waitin for.
