We lost from poor perimeter shooting from two good scoring options.

Yeah I saw him running into a screen that led to a Howard alley because Jordan Hill had to pick up T-Will's man. You have to anticipate screens and fight through them.

Im tired of hearing people say that t will cant shoot, because what i saw last night was twill scoring the ball. he had more points then our so called scores combined. Now i dont care if its only the first game, its a short season and we have no room for mistakes. So Kevin strap it up or move around and let someone who want to play, play. Its a short season, every game counts.

We're on our way to looking very nice at the SF position, which is a nice place to be. Too bad it takes DM so long to find a deal he likes - I'd like to see Bud go for a 1st-round pick right now. Lee / TWill / Morris looks good enough to me.

Kevin martin should be lobbying to coach for twil to start everyday. Twil will guard the opposing best perimeter player and also get martin some easy shots.

Bit dramatic arent we? for the love of god, new coach, new players, short preseason = 1 loss in just one game. settle down.

How bout yall get off T-will nutz and stop hating! Nobody on this board plays this game for a living so stop tryin to say who that man is or isnt. I'm a die-heart Rockets fan and im ashame as to what our fanbase is becoming. Most of u dumbasses making trends bout the same damn thing, crying having hissy-fits. Judge what u know not what u dont know.

Isn't this the point? Defense is a constant. Any one taking a shot is occasional. T-Will's ability to get to the basket draws defenders, draws fouls and opens things up for spot shooters.

Of course, who will show up the Good T or the Bad T? :grin

I'm "ready" to start CLee over Martin, too. Same reason: defense.

I'd ring the Lakers up and offer Martin and Scola for Gasol and "almost" any fillers necessary but I don't want to trade PatPat and Morris or the draft picks....

    Don't matter. Rockets still suck.

TWill, or CLee should start instead of Bud. Bud hasn't shown the ability to scare opponents, he is a liability to the starters.

I don't think either of 'em can start for a good team. T-Will has as much knocks as Budinger but at least his are easier to live with. That's it really.

I'm hoping Morris doesn't take too long getting his feet wet.

Not sure what you meant here: genius, talent and wisdom are all spelled with six letters not five.

Lowry + TWill is basically giving Rafer Alston 20+ shots per game.
