Ya.....20 pts on a bad team....is that what you want? I think he will get 18 somewhat but he won't help us winning.
Lol, Scola grabs rebounds (which is mandatory for any PF), and he can score. Martin is a great scorer & shooter playing the shooting guard position. Both of them are average defenders at best. Martin is good for 1-2 steals per game so I think he's a better defender than Scola.
I can't believe this thread and what I am reading. Although I guess this kind of mindless reaction should be expected.. Hey, Scola wasn't good in the second half. Let's trade him for Kevin Love.
As knee jerk as this thread is... He is right. I was time to trade him in the offseason and Murray tried too but Stern b!tch slapped him in the face. Martin was here to play as the 2nd man to Yao Ming but now that that won't happen. With his value as high as it'll ever be, it'll be the smart thing to do before he becomes another Aaron Brooks; stock falls, we end up trading him for a bench player...
It is only the first game of the season. no need to panic... give the guy some credit. Yall need to CHIIIILLLLLL
Yes, repost from another thread Including preseason, Kevin Martin is 3 for 22 from the field I've seen enough
This has nothing to do with one game. You flip value for value. Scola, Kevin were meant to play along side Yao. Adelman was hired to coach Yao and Tmac. Yao is out, and your game plan change. Adelman was the first to go.
You gotta be joking... 2 PREASEASON games where nothing counts and 1 regular season game? So you just discredit his wonderful season last year? Smh
dude calm down and lets wait and see what happens with kevin martin. then you can post whatever you want
You're all over the place. These are totally separate arguments that have nothing to do with Kevin having an off night, which I can only assume is the basis of this thread. This is not the time for this kind of discussion, or random improbable trade ideas. We could go round and round about your claim that Kevin creates a bad team. I don't buy it.
have you ppl noticed whenever kmart scores big we lose most of the time. like 1 time he scored like 45 pts last yr and we ended up losing. i think it was portland
