Return to vintage jerseys?

So by posting this, I've now helped make this yet another jersey concept thread.

Quick alteration to dream2franchise's (this will be my only jersey concept I post, I swear):

I think people are seriously underestimating the power tradition has on players. No, I'm not saying that players will magically play better, but I do think when it comes to FAs or rookies, the thought of pulling on a classic jersey is quite appealing. This is EXACTLY what I want. Take the Championship jerseys, and just update them. Simple.
