We're definitely better. We have a 7-footer that can play. I hope Morris gets some PT behind Chase and TWill. He looked like a stud against SA the other night.

    Go Rockets!

That's Orlando's, but it won't let us track.

Erm huh? Dalembert and Scola and Kmart are much better than just Nene and Gasol, esp. when you take into account the other stuff we had to trade like Dragic and the NYK pick. Gasol didn't even want to leave LA, I don't know if he would have given 100% night in and night out.

More importantly, getting flexibility for 2012-2013 is good but I don't know what we'll spend money on. All the key FAs already have eyes on bigger markets (Brooklyn, LA) so we would have lost players for nothing.

I hope we don't double on Howard. As long as we don't leave their shooters open, their offense is not that effective.

With that line up, aside from Pau and Nene, we would have had barely any offense. Lee and Budinger are the two most inconsistent players on the Rockets and are not much of an offensive threat. Budinger is semi-scrub and close to D-league fodder.

Orlando is not impressive, they have no real offense. Richardson is done, Nelson is average, Turkoglu is a scrub, Anderson is a spot up shooter, Dwight is not an offensive threat...

Orlando's going to have a long season this year imo, and Dwight won't be happy. Rockets win this one.

The magic looked pretty *****ty tonight, I think we can pull out a win if the team can focus and hustle from the start to the end of the game.

I don't know who will win this one, but no on should underestimate the pride of a Howard and and a team for their home opener after losing their 1st game on the road. Keys will be rebounding and shooting %. (And maybe fouls.)

Rockets win, 101-92. Budinger begins the season strong scoring 29 points, going 6-7 from three.

Time for talking is over. Let's see the results of what Les and Morey have put together. I am hopeful but realistic about my expectations based on the recent history. Go Scola!

I have a feeling Howard is gonna take a huge dump on us with like a 30/20/10 after being humiliated by OKC

We have cut Lin to make room for him but the deal has not been approved so he has been sitting out practice and working out on his own. Figure it might get approved tomorrow but don't know if he will play if I am correct.
