Klay Thompson debut. People were overrating this guy so much when he was mentioned in the CP3 trade rumors.
Yup. And one was an obvious goaltend. And just...... lol at whatever the heck Tyler was doing after he grabbed that offensive board.
Man the Warriors actually have quite a bit of talent... Curry, Ellis, Thompson , Rush , Tyler , Udoh , Lee , Rush , Biedrins ( if he is healthy ) .... they could actually be decent. Good balance of bigs/ points/ wings .... all young too. They could be quite good in a few years ... if they can play some defense ... Clips have alot of talent too. This might be the best game of the day and not only because of the alley-oops ...I think griffin /paul are over rated and over hyped due to the espn lovefest. But really both teams have a good bit of talent and regardelss of the outcome i will be excited to see the rematch
You know, every time I see DeAndre I just think of Ray Lewis With A Basketball and how that pick was squandered.
That was a legit charge call against Brandon Rush. I think everybody in the arena and watching on TV saw it coming except him. He's an idiot and I'm glad the Pacers dumped him off to Golden State.
They are fun to watch, but other than Chauncy and Chris Paul, none of them know HOW to win. I am glad I've got them on league pass. Also, on league pass, does hotspot shield still work?
Meh. The only one I like is Curry. Morris will be better than Thompson, Patterson is bettter than Udoh, and Tyler played in a Japanese league, which can be summed up by the fact that I had no idea we had a basketball league to begin with. Clippers will be good, however.
OK first quarter but i didnt realize how much talent/potential the warriors have .... if some of the bigs they've drafted pan out then they are gonna be a force.
Udoh will be a bust and Lee is probably the softest PF in the league. Beidrins is good but he's kind of injury prone.
Some terrible defense from the Clippers to close out the quarter. Ellis was like Moses driving through that lane, the Red Sea of Clippers just parted for him to stroll in for that dunk.
Mark Jackson has not gotten this much publicity during his 17 years as a player as he has in this one game on ESPN. Chris Paul who?
Impressions: 1) NY showed effort defensively, but they still stink. They'll get better on that end though. Melo was unconscious. 2) LBJ has definitely honed his skills this offseason. Miami looks scary. 3) Howard is gone mentally; the Magic just need to trade him ASAP.
You just compared them to our 2 best young prospects ... and even then it is debatable ( morris and thompson ... and believe me i am rooting for morris ) As for the other poster who said Lee is soft ... yeah he is .. but he still scores a la scola . They are pretty comparable .. Meanwhile they still have curry and ellis. Tyler .. is a project big . But coming out of highscool he was a consensus top 2 big. Yeah they all have to harness the potential .. but it is there .. at least . Also Dorell wright and Rush are solid at least . They also have beidrins who when heathly is someone the majoirty of posters wanted on the rockets. I think GS will suprise
