in matthew berry's love/hate article this week he actually has CAR as a D to play if desperate, noting the bucs have allowed 16.5 fantasy points to opposing D's past 4 weeks. worth it to take a shot with CAR as one of my defenses?
Well... since Fantasy Basketball has now begun drafts... Should I trade Marc Gasol + Z Bo for Al Jefferson and Ty Lawson? I have a lot of big men depth and am missing a second point guard behind Chris Paul.
Off topic but can someone please tell me how does this fantasy playoffs work? I'm in a 20 team league and the first round of the playoffs everyone was in, I thought only a few teams made the playoff. Now I'm in round 2 and everyone is still in I do not get what's going on.
Well Shanahan help me this week by ruling Helu inactive. I can only thank my lucky stars that he didn't make it like Helu would give it a go, only to see one series before shutting it down. Thank you shanahan.
Rodgers and Nelson have done some serious damage to my championship hopes (together with McCoy and his most inopportune dud of a game). Grrr. I need 14.2 points from Jimmy Graham to win now. Hoping he goes nuts.
This is more of a "will I" question. I'm down 20 points with Brees left to play and the other guy doesn't have anyone left. Does Brees have it in him against atl?
holy cow, i won my fantasy football championship with romo giving me no fantasy points this week. AP went down early too, though he at least scored TD. i cant believe it. incredible EDIT: i'll tell you what won it for me...i decided to play CAR D this week. got me 12 points. i almost didn't play them either
I would. Lawson will be at the least a tier 2 PG this season (I have him as my starter right now :grin and Jefferson will give you about what Z Bo would have given you, as long as he stays healthy.
Should I trade Russell Westbrook for Andrew Bogut and Kris Humphries? I already have Felton, Rondo, and Ellis at pg. Need bigs.
i finished in 3rd place. Made my entry fee back. That's the thing about fantasy football that maddening, a guy like Shady can kill it all year, and then lay an egg on the final weekend and kill your chances. Most teams that won anything had Rodgers or Cam + Jordy Nelson. It makes you wonder if you should draft a qb like that, since a qb is the least likely the screw you in the playoffs.
why do people go through all the research, draft a team and 2 days later let the dealing commence. I don't understand fantasy sports anymore.
