What could have been an interesting thread about an actual Rocket player who reads our little forum became a thread about you know who.

Welcome to the board TWill, meet DaDakota, and be very glad that he is not your biggest fan.

His endorsements are a well known curse. Despite his self reported genius.

Just check out the careers of Langhi, Spanouliss, Brooks, and other examples listed in the thread.

This guy said it back on page 8:

The only thing I would add to this quote would be additional "post after post after post after post" to belabor the point as a parallel to DaDa's posting style

Self-awareness can be a wonderful thing.

Unfortunately there are enough whiners to destroy any thread.

True, true, but those are just regular 9 to 5ers, and clearly TWill doesn't care about them.

Either way, I am rooting for Terrance to get it, to prove he can be all that his athleticism will let him.

TWill's success or failure will all be due to the foot or so of his body that is above his shoulders.

Get that right and the sky is the limit.....get it wrong, and you are out of the league another casualty of arrogance leading to ignorance.

Yeah, I realize I get caught up in the arguments, and being that there is generally more than one person arguing with me during the DDogpile, it can get out of hand.

Either way, this is about TWill not me.....

So, my point stands, his head has been holding him back, if he gets that right, the sky is the limit.

    Terrence:

I have an idea about your next poor/hungry/driven episode.
You should include a short clip of you practicing in the gym by yourself and you are really exhausted from the workout. You need a break.
Then you read a couple threads from Clutchfans on your ipad and respond by getting back up and working on your game some more.
    That would be epic.
you don't have to say anything but if you must, then it would be nice if you could point out specific posters and tell them they're full of it.

    work hard, be easy.

The problem is, DD can't have an opinion without being clowned by haters. I for one like what DD has to say most of the time.

This post was on about page 6 or 7.

Go back now and count how many posts since making this statement where you have said the same thing; over and over and over and over...

If you are as smart as you think you are, and there is no doubt you're pretty smart, you might be able to glean some measure of self awareness.

    Maybe, maybe no.

This is a loser's mentality, no wonder you're at a pathetic 1.79 posts per day. The best way to get a point across is by repeating it over and over until everyone else agrees with you.

This might be a great time to show Terrence how to use the "ignore list."

    DaDakota plan:

Step 1: Find a popular thread that is sure to get a lot of views.

Step 2: Say something (with confidence) so mind-numbingly r****ded that people can't resist responding.

Step 3: Steadfastly cling to the mind-numbingly r****ded idea and respond to every post that attacks it. Attack the people who justifiably go after the mind-numbingly r****ded post. Claim that the attacks are just because you're so popular.

Step 4: This thread is now about DaDakota.

Honestly I don't mind heated discussions ON topic. That's what this board is for. But somehow it veers into another direction and it becomes about him. Maybe DD should heed his own advice and "ignore the whiners". That would solve the problem right there but I have a feeling he enjoys the attention.

I do a horrible job of that, so many folks looking for my approval...or attention....sigh...just got to expand that ignore list....

As for TWill, I think it is very very cool that he comes here, and reads.....Love it that Clutch gets so much access and has become mainstream.

If TWill gets playing time, I think he will get more consistent and less whiny.
