ROTY: Kemba Walker... cause he'll play a lot and he's a natural leader.
Coach: Erik Spoelstra... wins by default. Can't see the Heat losing too many games.
Defense: Shane Battier... will finally be recognized nationally.
Sixth: Jamal Crawford... is gonna tear it up in Portland.
MIP: DeMar DeRozan... He put up 18 PPG last year and made great strides but I think this is the yea he becomes a star in this league.
MVP:Blake Griffin... will be unstoppable. Last year as a rookie he posted 22.5/12/4. With an additional year of experience, CP3 feeding him, media following and wins forthcoming it's like the perfect storm.

    Playoffs:
Bulls vs Heat is going to be a war but I think the Bulls will pull it out this time. They have too much size and quality big men. This will be evident in the playoffs when the game is slowed down and becomes more of a half court game. The Heat are built for the regular season and a team like the Bulls is now complete for a deep playoff run. Rose has another year under his belt and Thibs is an awesome coach and RIP even at his old age is a huge upgrade over that bum Bogans.

I like the Thunder over the Mavs. The playoff run last year will have done wonders for them. They're all young and only getting better. Addition of Odom helps but loss of Chandler hurts quite a bit. Mavs had a special run last year. They will not repeat.

    Finals: Thunder vs. Bulls

Champions: Hard to pick this one. Could go either way but I'll say Bulls.

MVP - Durant. Young OKC will win the West because elder team won't play 100%

MIP - Wish for Kyle, but realistically either George/ Turner, Cousins or Greg Monroe

Rookie - Rubio (I Believe) Media attention is crucial here. If he can bring some wins, he will be

Coach of the Year - Lionel Hollins if he can inject Gay into defensive minded team

Sixth Man - not sure, too many candidates, maybe even T-Mac

Defensive POY - Garnett. He'll play center and become a shooting version of Deke

Rookie of the Year: Kyrie Irving and Kemba Walker, co-ROY. Both are extremely good and both will be the leaders of their teams for many years to come.

    All Rookie Teams:
    1. Kyrie Irving, Kemba Walker, Derrick Williams, Brandon Knight, Ricky Rubio
    2. Jimmer Fredette, Klay Thompson, Kawhi Leonard, Jan Vesely, Kenneth Faried

Coach of the Year: Vinny Del Negro. It'll be Mike Brown part II.

Defense POY: Tony Allen. I'll go out on a limb and elect him. With Gay back, he can further his focus on the defensive end, making things difficult for wings like Terry and Bryant. Grizzilies to WCF? Definitely possible.

    All Defensive Teams:
    1. Tony Allen, Dwight Howard, LeBron James, Chris Paul, Tyson Chandler
    2. Shane Battier, Chuck Hayes, Deandre Jordan, Rajon Rondo, Arron Afflalo

Sixth Man: James Harden. He will take the next step and will be an integral part of the Thunder's championship run

Most Improved Player: Patrick Patterson. Call me biased, but with this schedule and the need for young legs, I could see Patterson soaking up a lot of minutes and breaking out.

    All NBA Teams:
    1. Kevin Durant (F), LeBron James (F), Dwight Howard (C), Dwyane Wade (G), Derrick Rose (G)
    2. Dirk Nowitzki (F), Kobe Bryant (G), Chris Paul (G), Blake Griffin (F), Pau Gasol (C)
    3. Deron Williams (G), Carmelo Anthony (F), Amare Stoudemire (F), Russel Westbrook (G), Kevin Love (C)

Most Valuable Player: Kevin Durant. Scoring champion two years in a row, team is now full-on contending for a title, and he expands his game every year, adding a post one this season. No doubt he will win.
