I remember when Okur would kill us in the playoffs. He got hurt like a year ago. Could be a nice pick up for the Nets, plus this makes the Jazz weaker.
He was a vert good player about 5 years ago. He can give Nets some size since Lopez is down with a broken foot
They basically had to trade somebody. They have A. Jefferson, Millsap, Favors, and Kanter as their bigs. Favors and Kanter are both ready to play now, so it doesn't surprise me one bit. Good thing I have Favors on my fantasy team.
Why didn't rockets get him? He went for pretty much nothing. I would offer a 1st + a contract for al jefferson.

This was the first thing I thought of. Howard to the Lakers should be a done deal. No way he plays the full season in Orlando.
Then hire Jerry Sloan.. Then rename themselves Brooklyn Jazz. my god...i think i'm onto something here
