I am surprised as well, but if thats what he wants, good for him(and USC). Meanwhile, a few teams just **** a brick.
From an interview earlier in the season, his dream from like 5 yrs old was to be USC's QB and lead them to a championship. They'll likely be top 5-ish next year, and with Oregon losing LaMichael James and Stanford losing Luck, they have a pretty clear path to dominate the Pac12. It seems this is happening more and more often these days. It probably doesn't hurt that his family is not hurting for money either.
Good for him I'd bet he has a pretty nice insurance policy... I believe USC will be off probation and he is probably the heisman front runner for next year...
He may not be the Pro prospect Luck is, but he was a much better college QB this year. I expect him to dominate next year. He destroyed Oregon who had their way with Luck.
Glad he's coming back. Can't wait for the Ducks to spoil his senior season hopes. Payback! I'm really surprised he's coming back though. He had a great year and his stock is really high.
This secondly sucks for those that are dreading the Colts keeping Luck. Without other viable QB options that are projected top 10 picks, Indy will be less likely to trade Luck for a lower pick and a king's ransom of picks.
USC is going to be one hell of a team next year. Barkley's a stud and he has 2 top notch receivers to throw to.
USC's bowl ban is lifted next year, right? They're still limited by scholly probation for another 2 years though, I think.
