IMO, we may have to trade some of our guards, more specifically Martin.

Not sure why everyone's griping at the op so much about the Morris inclusion or his roster outline. Patrick Patterson :) didnt play a single minute the 1st 1/4 of his rookie year. Neither did Carl Landry.

HONESTLY, I woul rather NOT have Dalembert on the team. I'd be fine watching all these "assets" try to play into their own {tank entertainingly}.

Our roster is so deep that it's almost too much!

    Dalembert/Hill/Thabeet
    Scola/Patterson/
    CBud/TWil/Morris/Parsons
    Martin/Lee
    Lowry/Dragic/Flynn

    ridiculous.

Twill - Squid with Elite rebounding, good passing, elite athleticism
Ppat - Very good athleticism, good offensive rebounding, serviceable midrange game, blocks
MarcusMorris - knack for scoring, smooth jumper, tenacity to take over the game
DMo - Gallinari mold, tremendous offensive skillset, improved rebounding so far, huge upside
JordanHill - agile post player, improved rebounding, hustle and blocks, serviceable post game

Not to mention the others, Dragic, Lin, Smith....

We better hold on to Greg Smith.

Flynn hasn't been great, but he is still a baby. Give him some time to get comfortable and understand his role.

Daryl needs to cut a deal for some draftpicks...

    Lowry/Dragic/Flynn/(Lin)
    Kmart/Lee
    Bud/Twill/Morris/(Parsons)
    Scola/Pat
    Sammy/Hill/(Thabeet)

    ()= inactive

Jeff Adrian and Greg Smith in the D league. Am I missing anyone?

I honestly think Thabeet,Flynn, and Smith will be inactive. Thabeet is still useless, flynn dribbles way too much and Smith didnt show enough.

    G-Lowry/Dragic/Lin
    G-Martin/Lee/T-will
    F-Buddinger/Morris/Parsons
    F-Scola/Patterson
    C-Dalembert/Hill

Although, Im second guessing parson... He kept missing every shot.

If only the lockout ended a bit early.. Then we can see the growth in our bench. 2 games isnt enough to tell who to be inactive or active

How did Thabeet and Smith look in the SA game on Wednesday? Knowing they had just signed Dalembert, were they showcasing one and hiding the other or were minutes distributed evenly?

If we keep the same roster, Chandler Parsons and Jeff Adrien are the most likely candidates.... however the third inactive spot will be hard to determine.

Flynn would probably be the third option, given his level of play hasn't been good. But I doubt it will be him. Because even though Flynn hasn't looked all that great, I get a feeling McHale really likes him. Not to mention he still trying to adjust to a new team and system. All while still coming back from injured plagued season last year .

Lin will be gone, they won't just let a lottery pick like Flynn walk away.

Flynn looked really good before his surgery in summer 2010. If he can get close to that, he will be a solid PG in this league. There is NO WAY they let Flynn go, as in just waive him for nothing.

We should not have signed Dalembert :(

I was really exited just watching the young players develop and maybe see a couple of them become more than average players.

He has spent time in the D-League while with MEM. If he does go down, that means McHale won't be working with him, and IMO McHale working with him is the one thing that can remove the 'Bust' label from Tha Beat.

Maybe if you had tweeted Morey, he'd have changed his mind. He probably just didn't know you felt that way.

well honestly dalembert is now an asset...say we arent in contention or thabeet is playing out of his mind... we can easily flip sammy and his contract kinda like camby every year.

Contenders will always be looking for depth...Plus sammy might be trying to play out of his mind this year because its basically another contract year and he didnt get paid like he wanted. I wouldnt even doubt getting a late 1st rounder for dalembert because of his contrcat is so good.
