What do you mean by weightless? I've only played a coupled of MMOs, so curious on your thoughts here. To me the combat feels similar to WoW in that it's nothing groundbreaking, but something im comfortable with.
played from 7pm to 2am last night... got to L12 can't wait to keep playing, only gripe is the cut scenes... on one hand, i want to watch it and get to understand the story... but i'm pretty sure I would progress about 50% faster if I skip these

Holla!! We're on the Warriors of Shadow PVP server. My in-game handle is Creeper. I just hit level 14 about 30 minutes ago as a Sith Warrior with the Juggernaut advanced class. I like that I gain XP thru PVP matches. In addition to the daily PVP mission that gives XP you also gain XP in the matches themselves. In 2 matches I gained about 15K XP. Nice break from completing missions all day.
I'm on The Maw server, too late to switch, loving it so far, the cut scenes used to be a drag, but it has grown on me, i actually really enjoy the story 38 Commando
I'm thinking of building a desktop specifically to play this game. Can anybody fill me in on the proper system specifications to play this game? I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but I'm also not looking to build the cheapest system possible. I have a very tech saavy friend to help with the build, just need to know what I'll need.
for about 500-700, you can establish a great computer that can handle this i5-2500k 560ti 8gb ram z68 mobo the other stuff you can strip off your old computer, make sure your power supply is adequate, 600w or higher, i recommend 700
Yeah the game doesn't need a super computer to be played, it would make it that much nicer but it isn't that demanding. I'm enjoying it a lot just still unsure what class to stick with as of right now but it's a lot of fun, still has a lot of growing to do but it is still very new for a mmo and has had a bright start.
I bought SWTOR collector's edition on Origin last night. When I woke up this morning it still hadn't "unlocked" for me to download it. I frustratingly chatted with their support for over an hour until asking for a refund because they are so inept. /sigh
