There are so many flaws in the Dark Knight but Nolan story telling totally mask it and you just have to suspense your disbelief. But then again the explosion haven't reach him yet till near the end and he probably never notice it until he reach the goal line.
Seriously the actions in all his movies are mediocre but his story and pacing make up for it. Still love some of his movies but work on the freaking B-rated actions.

Saw the prologue on IMAX. Awesome. It was hard to understand what Bane said at the very end..but he's in an airplane that's broken in mid air.
Special effects aren't usually Nolan's MO, not CGI anyway. With that said just off the trailers / prologue you've already seen a football field implode, a flying batwing of sorts, batman holding what looks like some sort of electricity based rifle, and a plane get dragged by a bigger plane until it was nose down. If you don't think there's going to be special effects you're not paying a lot of attention.

Saw this in front of MI4 and it was totally over hyped by fanboys. Once again Nolan can't direct actions and people are right that you can't understand what the hell Bane is saying. Mumble mumble jumble airplane.
I think the dark knight was an over rated movie, it was good, but not one of the best of all time as many people claim it to be. The action scenes were kind of a let down but I hope they are better in this movie. The stadium scene with the dude running the TD was pretty awesome though.
Yep, Nolan movies are just hype from fanboys! If the fanboys hadn't gone to see Dark Knight it would have been out of theaters in a week!
I saw this before MI4 on Christmas. I think it was a fine opening, but I agree that something needs to be done with Bane's voice. Either that or make him a silent cold blooded killer. Not a mumbler. It wasn't nearly as good as Dark Knight's bank heist opening. I'm sure the movie will end up fantastic though.
so for you... movies with more cgi and special effects in the action sequences = better... Transformers is for you.
Technically, Batman isn't a superhero, right? Since he has no superpower... so that makes him just a hero.
about sums up my thoughts as well..i thought the hines ward shot in the trailer was awful...actually hope they get rid of it.
