If a big man not named Dwight is to shake loose rom a team I'd eye Bogut The Bucks seem like a team that's slowly disintegrating. They've been held back by some bad luck (injuries to Jennings and Bogut) but also FO decisions though it's nothing that's sunk them yet. I think they need a mini reset. Surround Jennings with younger players and go from there.
Agreed. I think he may come available come trade deadline. Milwaukee is stuck in mediocrity. He's the old man up there. But still a very good player and the player that would bring them the most in trade in terms of young players and picks. I'd trade some of our young'ns for him and also give them Thabeet's expiring to make the money work. IMO, he's the 2nd best defensive center in the league behind Dwight.
Yall must be smoking some good stuff if you think Milwaukee is gonna shop Bogut. IMO, they will trade Jennings before Bogut. Big men are hard to come by in this league, especially one's that can run and chew gum at the same time.
Aren't they fresh off of just making the playoffs? I think it's unfair to call them mediocre when they're just coming off their best season.
We have nothing to offer unless our 2012 pick lands in the top three. That terrifies me, BTW, that the Rockets tank (as they should), land a top three pick, and the we watch helplessly as Morey tries to dazzle everyone with another bizarre draft day trade.
Here's something I just thought of for Bogut Rockets trade: 2012 Ny pick, Bud, Martin, Future 1st (top 10 protected) Get: Bogut Bulls Trade: Asik Get: Bud and Future 1st Bucks trade: Bogut Get: Asik, Martin, 2012 NY pick
I would move a bunch of our young guys/picks for Moute and Bogut. Lowry Martin Moute Scola Bogut is a great lineup.
Why would the Bucks trade their best player? I don't get it. He's fairly young and still on books for three more years.
You guys are out of your mind if you think they are going to trade Bogut. We didn't trade Yao and he was far more brittle than the freak injury Bogut suffered.
