I can't believe people were saying that was a bad trade. If you can get Cp3, you go and get at whatever cost within reason.

Funny that the video highlights his 17 points. It seemed to me that his true highlights were all of the steals, rebounds, and assists he piled up. He was flirting with a triple double plus 5 steals. That's pretty damned good.

Agreed whole-heartedly. I was wondering would those be featured in the highlights before I watched the video.

Were there people saying it was a bad trade from the Clipper's side? Eric Gordon's a nice player but wing players like him are easy to get in the league.

IIRC, the resident Clippers fan of the NBA Dish, Clips/Roxfan, said he didn't like the trade.

This team can be the best offensive team in the league. Can they play a lick of defense? I dont see it. They gotta get rid 1 of their 5 point guards to get a backup C/PF who can D up

They need a sixth man. Someone who can direct the offense while Paul is out. Billups would be perfect if he were five years younger.

And there are people out there that don“t think that this guy is the best PG in the league. He is the most under control player in the NBA, and that is what you want orchestrating your offensive from the PG position.

Top seed in the west. Didn't realize they picked up chauncy, really good vet acquisition.

I gotta admit, I was one of the people saying this was a bad deal for the Clippers.. but after watching what CP3 did last night... scoring, getting his players involved ("Lob City"!!), defending, etc.. this Clippers team looks for real!! Old man Billups played well, Caron Butler had a decent game, DeAndre Jordan will continue to get better and oh yeah, they got that Griffin kid.. plenty weapons !

I think Mo Can fill that role admirably. Not sure they have many potent scores on the bench so I can see Mo filling that Jason Terry type scorer role off the bench. Randy Foye is another guy who can do that if healthy.
