I saw this on Craigslist and thought i'd post in case someone is interested. Maybe y'all can get a large order going. I'd appreciate someone volunteering to be in charge of the ordering/receiving, as I probably won't be available enough for people to pick up their shirts. Thanks. And no, it's not my craigslist posting. http://houston.craigslist.org/clo/2739392824.html
i'm not sure if that's because it's a rough draft or not...I'm assuming you mean the quality of the image, not the idea/theme?
chale homes! that design would look firme on my troca, right below my last name written in old english, carnal. Seriously,it's too loud. Too much going on.
No, the idea and delivery are horrible. So when you saw someone wearing one of these shirts you could take a picture and tweet about how you just saw a dude wearing the single most ugly #bullsonparade t-shirt ever.
Guess i was wrong....I've seen worse picked up by fans though...maybe if they had won 8 in a row it would look a little better!
The tie-in is Bulls since our mascot/logo is a bull and the song is a popular RATM song that makes a good highlight background song or opening intro song. It's better than the usual country music stereotype we get or worse, a Nickelback song.
After viewing photoshop skills on clutchfans I think it's safe to say that some of us could come up with a way better design. Sans hashtag Heard the bulls on parade slogan get tossed around on local radio. Also in viewing a Texans highlight reel the other day on sportscenter the sportscaster did start it off by saying 'The bulls were on parade this sunday.'
It's kind of sad (and understandable in a business sense) that in a city with so much hip hop influence and history McNair has made an effort to ignore H-Town hip hop. The music in the stadium SUCKS! You go to NOLA and the music they play gets the crowd HYPED! You walk into Reliant and you'd think we were in ****ing Nashville.
It started with Connor Barwin soliciting nicknames for the defense via Twitter: Someone suggested Bulls on Parade: @Louie_Guerra: @ConnorBarwin98 BULLS ON PARADE!” --->this is it!!! And a nickname was born! The #BULLSONPARADE is how they denote that they're talking about a subject (in this case the defense) on Twitter.
It's funny that in conservative Houston, that a team owned by an uberconservative owner has a Rage Against the Machine song associated with the team. It's a little like when people use Born in the USA as a patriotic rallying song cause they only know the chorus.
To be fair, the longtime player intro song for the Texans is "Down with the Sickness", not a PC song by any stretch even though it's considered mainstream because of that popular staccato scream in the beginning.
I'm sorry... but H-TOWN hip hop sucks. Hip hop in general sucks today is about as creative as reality television. I know there are a lot that disagree here seeing that this is a basketball forum, but the truth is the truth. The Texans rap songs that have been posted are freaking horrible, you can't even understand the words coming out of their mouths.
