    Suppose at the end of the year wade gets a HC job. Its probably unlikely given his age, but in general he wins and makes his team better until reaching that plateau. Would be willing to wade the hc job of the texans in order to keep him?

    first of all... Go Texans!!!

    Wade is not a head coach!! He's a defensive genius.. look at us today without him.. although I don't think it was all on Herring.. Yates played like shiet and our defense couldn't stop the Panthers when it counted... we made a lot of mistakes... both on defense and offense.. the crowd wasn't as bad ass during the ATL game... just a wake up call. Disappointing lost..... keep the faith... We need to continue to support TJ and GO TEXANS!!

    No way, Philips and Kubiak are in the same boat. They are both great coordinators and that's it. Wade has not gone past first round of playoffs and we all know about Kubiak.

    Ok.. I don't mind Wade being our HC if Kubiak is our OC. They need each other more than than Ham needing Burger!!
