    that looked like an unintentional personal foul to me, i think they should pick it up.

    edit: sweet, they actually found a penalty on us to do more than pick it up.

    the spot looked fine to me. it seemed like the chains were just short of the yellow line.


    edit: from that angle it did look like we got a foot or so extra.
