'tis a thin line between "tanking" and "taking your medicine."

I could no less less stop following the Rockets than I could stop breathing. It's an innate part of me. Better or worse, this decade or the next.

(what the hell else would I do in the winter? read a book?)

Oh great justice! The Gods have shown us mercy on this day! We would have all died a slow and painful death without you following the Rockets!

Honestly, I am more inclined to watch them now, then if the trade had gone down but nothing else followed (ie no Nene, no other center either).

I never really got to the point where I was disgusted enough to not follow them. I was hoping for some changes. Those could stilll occur I suppose.

I am sorta feeling about the Rockets now as I did about the Astros 2007-08. They needed to do something. They werent a bad team. Not good enough either though.

Somewhere David Stern is laughing at weak-willed fans.

"It doesn't matter - we'll screw 'em over and they'll still keep flocking to us!"

And why the hell not? This is almost as big a news as us winning the championship. We must discuss all the ramification of glynch taking his talents back to Houston.
