I am working on a project and I would like to find a video of when TJ Yates was drafted in Day 3 of 2011 of the NFL draft. I have no idea if there is even video of him being drafted (I know obviously he wasn't in New York), but maybe there is a video of them just announcing the pick? I didn't watch the draft past the first day but I know day 3 was televised on ESPN on Saturday April 30, 2011. The only video I've found so far is on NFL.com and is of his combine workout. Any help is appreciated! If it helps, he was known as "Taylor Yates" for the combine.
Pretty sure they called him TJ or I want to say "Tyler" Yates at the draft. I want to say I remember ESPN showing highlights, after which Kiper called it a great pick and raved about the kid. Trent Dilfer also loved him coming out of the draft, if I recall. I think they all liked the pick because of UNC's Texans'-type offense. I'll look around.
Thanks for the feedback guys, it is good to know that my searching hasn't been a waste. I'm working on several what I hope to be epic videos, been waiting since 1994 for this! I'll keep scouring. Where's Uprising when you need him? He's the king of Texans videos!
