Brady and Schaub may have average arm strength, but they are accurate and have quick releases. Tebow has none.
Tebow's arm strength isn't really all that bad. It's his throwing motion, footwork, and slow release that causes him the most problems.
I like having fun with Tebow's accomplishments because I think it's funny, but I'm amazed at how many people are actually buying this stuff. He'll come crashing down to earth just like VY did,
Ahhhhhhhh **** ***** yu got him! I be surprised if he wudn't hustlin for Hurd now that u blew this chit open.
but why can't he excel in the first, second or third quarters when everyone is criticizing him? and no, not everyone is criticizing him. many people are doing the exact opposite, in fact.
I'm not sure where god factors into the equation. There may not be an athlete on the planet that has been through more difficult times than Lance Armstrong, an atheist. Sounds like good ole Christian bible beating to me.
He's not saying God is the reason Tebow is excelling, he's saying Tebow's belief in God is the reason. Big difference.
Lulz at fools sayin tebow be exposed if dey lose to da Pats. He can lose out and still has more winz than Cam. Cam haz only beat losers. No team with more dan 4 winz!
I know exactly what he is saying, but maybe you missed the second part... "Putting god first gives you strength to get through difficult times" It wasn't "Tebow putting god first gives HIM strength"... Extremely dogmatic...
You know it's bad when the starting QB of a perennial Super Bowl contender is complaining about disrespect from the media.
Maybe you missed the first part when he said "as a Christian...." Not too much of a stretch to say that putting God first gives Christians strength.
It's an interesting story. Some people are going to automatically love him because he is an outspoken Christian, others will automatically hate him for the same reason. The anti-abortion ad gives the story something of a political dimension too. From a football perspective, can you win in the NFL running a spread option, or will NFL defenses find a way to bottle it up or put Tebow on the IR. Are there things that happen on a football field, especially as relates to the quarterback position, that aren't immediately obvious from the study of raw numbers Are the other players on the Broncos "responding" to Tebow better than they did for Kyle Orton....or is a style of "don't make mistakes and let the defense keep you in the game" just more suited to the makeup of the team. It is interesting. Not 30 minutes of every hour long broadcast interesting....but we know how ESPN can be when it is trying to manufacture hype. I tentatively hope the Texans draw the Broncos in a playoff game, because it guarantees us a national spotlight and seems like a winnable match-up. I reserve the right to change my mind if Newton destroys us this weekend.
