Who's the guy filling in for Wade while he is out? He's been Wade's right hand man on defense for a few years. The defensive system that the Texans are running is working great. Maybe this guy gets a look unless Wade makes him his defensive coordinator where ever he goes.

Reggie Herring, who is the LB coach now, and he followed Wade from Dallas. He has bounced around a lot in his career, and left jobs without ever really fulfilling them. He actually signed on to be Mike Sherman's DC at A&M, but resigned directly after National Signing Day to go coach with Wade in Dallas. However, according to some Arkansas alum, he leaves a lot to be desired as a Defensive Coordinator. He is, by all accounts though, a great LB coach.

If he has anything to do with our four beasts, that's the damn truth.
