    Bad move, they should have spent the money for their front court.

    Felton/Mills
    Crawford/Johnson
    Wallace/Batum
    Aldrige/????? - No one to back up Aldridge
    Camby/Thomas - Way way too old .


    Thats too much concentration on the back court. Besides Aldridge, they are screwed up front. Camby is aging and injury prone. Kurt Thoimas si the oldest guy in the NBA.

    Good for the rest of the West. Anything to keep the Blazers from become an elite team. Crawford, while a gifted scorer, is one of the worst defenders in the league, and is a me first Chucker. Would never want this guy on my team, but good for the Blazers, Id spend my money elsewhere.

    If the Blazers GM, or lack of one, was smart, he would build this team around Aldridge. Crawford would not fit the mold if I was running that team.

    The Hawks were 13th in defense last year, while Portland was 14th.
