I don't really see a point guard on the kings roster: Reke and Jimmer not PGs IMO. Salmons is a bad contract but would be a good option at the 2 or 3. And Thompson would make a nice backup at both 4 and 5 for 20-25 MPG. The Clips would be ready to contend at that point.

but they wouldn't have to rebuild with scola, martin and odom. That's a playoff team. You can argue that the clippers had a better deal, and that's fine but it isn't SO much better that would warrant stern vetoing it.
