Pistons & restricted FA Rodney Stuckey at an impasse. Stuckey balking at Pistons' 5 year, $40-45 million offer

One of the most disgusting players in the league. Everyone who watched Pistons last year will prove that his a human garbage on the floor

Dude has Dwyane Wade body, but without Dwyane Wade's talent, mentality, IQ and skill

This reminds me of Jeff Green turning down 5yrs/$40 million from the Thunder.

And now with the addition of Brandon Knight, a better player already, pushing him out he will not get much more than that.

Never liked his game. When y'all where fanning over him as a rookie, I was scratching my head trying to figure out what the appeal was. It was like Napolean Dynamite all over again -- I was wondering why everyone else liked it...

He is a Lowry tier PG and if anything, less conducive to winning basketball.

Pistons already screwed up with Gordon and Villanueva though. Might as well go-all-in.

It all depends on the market at this particular moment. Are there any suitors left who can offer more than the MLE? If not, he has no choice.

He and his agent are pushing for a sign and trade, only other way he can get paid more than the 5 year $40-45 million he's being offered.

He is not worth that much. Just above MLE. He is a guard and he cant even shoot 3s. Pistons should get rid of him.

    Vastly overrated.

Thank god I'm not a Pistons fan, between keeping tayshaun, losing rip for nothing, signing villanueva and gordon, and this, the Pistons are doomed to a 10th seed and overpaid veterans.

For all the doom and gloom us Rockets fans put ourselves through, at least we aren't the Pistons.

That's what I was thinking. If you were to rank the teams right now, based on how well they are now and how much potential they have, the Pistons are probably last or damn close to it in both rankings.

We have flexibility once we pick a direction, Detroit has no flexibility for any decision they make (to compete or go with a youth movement).

We should try to pick him up (and save him from that terribly run club).

I think Dumas realizes that Monroe's the only piece they have, I doubt they trade him.

Flashes of Latrell Sprewell's decision to reject that contract creeps into my mind... though he's not even at Sprewell's skill level.
