Exactly, my "guess" is that it's a heart ailment and, he's going to get a shunt. Pure speculation on my part but it seems plausible.
Not playing enough tough teams, though the Panthers are talented. Scheduled after our last toughest game against Cincy. Not worried. Hope he's alright.
I remember hearing something earlier in the season about hip surgery. He got knocked down by a play out of bounds and the commentators said something like "thats not good Phillips just had hip surgery or he was going to have hip surgery" I don't recall the exact thing the commentator said.
What?! Now even the coaches are going down with injury. Play through it Wade! On a real note, it must be serious if he needs to do this RIGHT NOW. Get well Wade, we need you.
Yes, because Miami is just dying to hand the keys to their franchise to a 65-year-old retread largely considered a failure in his last head-coaching stint AND coming off a serious medical procedure.
This just in, Rick Smith is down with a paper cut on his check signing hand. The severity of the injury is unknown. The Texans are flying in a specialist from Switzerland to determine if surgery is required. The Texans need him back in top form in time for critical re-signings of Arian Foster and Mario Williams. Rick Smith wanted to go back in to extend Kubiak, but was held out by the trainer and requires sign off by the physician before he can get back into his desk chair.
Since this was a scheduled surgery I'm sure wade had some type of plan for when he is out. I'm sure it's not all Wade that has made this defense gasp* elite! I'm confident his staff can pick up the slack until he can get back sigh* This season has been amazing. smh.
For two weeks? Stop feeding the beast, guys; this isn't even legal. The Texans would be dropping a massive tampering charge on any team talking to him and/or they'd deny him the opportunity to talk during the season. Good lord....
Texans don't need Wade to beat Carolina or Indy. Good timing. Hope he's OK and can return for the Titans game.
