It is my free agent pic. We are the fat girl at the club who is desparate for someone to take her home..and its 2am
who, exactly, do you have penciled-in to the roster/line-up spots? There's been so much rox talk regarding possible transactions that I'm utterly clueless about which players we havw at the respective spots; If anyone can do a 1- ... 2- .... 3- ... 4--- -5 - .... type post it'd help bigtime; thanks in advance!
I wouldn't be against the team signing him. He's a great shooter, better shooter than just about everyone on our team.
Reggie Williams can flat out score. He is a very good offensive player. If we can sign him, then maybe Chase can be packaged in a deal to move up in the upcoming draft. Just a thought, I like Bud. Williams has the size and he is legit shooting guard to back up Martin.
I would look to add him if the right circumstances arose. As brought up by others he's 25 so he's still young. He's a lefty, and has a nice inside-outside game, but needs to get better defensively.
This guy is redundant. We already have CBud. Although Williams's handles are better than Bud's. That's about it.
Pointless signing just like Dalembert. We have plenty of talented guys on this team like Bud, TWill, and Morris that need those minutes. Morey keep going after the big prizes and play what you got until you land one.
Reggie Williams is like Kevin martin built like a true 3. Totally one dimensional scorer, but he can light it up. (obviously not as good, but i'm just using KM as an example of poor defense )
The kid has an effective shooting percentage of 56 percent in his down year. Sounds like a Morey type of player to me.
Why?? He played well in a fast-paced system his first season then dropped off his sophomore year. We already have Bud, Williams, and Morris at the 3.
Do you have to waive players just to make an offer? Seems kind of harsh. Sure if the deal goes through and you end up with the FA then you have to meet the NBA's salary guidelines-- that would make sense. But to have to waive a guy or two before a deal is a deal seems kind of dumb; is that the way it is?
Its a reference to the Rockets being the ugly fat girl in a group of hot girls at the club. Who are the free agents "going home" with? Probably not the Rockets.
Lin, 23, was due to make nearly $800,000 and was going to have trouble beating out rookie guard Charles Jenkins for backup minutes at point guard. The move indicates the Warriors are trying to find cap room to make free-agent offers. They’ve signed Jenkins but haven’t inked fellow rookies Klay Thompson or Jeremy Tyler. Jenkins, 22, was selected by the Warriors with the 44th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft after playing four seasons at Hofstra University, where he was named Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year in both his junior and senior seasons. Overall during his collegiate career, the 6-foot-3 guard averaged 19.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.7 steals in 128 games, racking up a school-record 2,513 points. Jenkins shot 45.6 percent from the field for his career, while shooting 38.2 percent from three-point range and 81.1 percent from the free-throw line. A native of Brooklyn, he ranked sixth in the nation in scoring last season. http://www.mercurynews.com/warriors/ci_19511893
