The GF and myself exchanged christmas gifts a bit early this year because of travel arrangements.

She surprised me with an autographed Andre Johnson jersey that I would now like to get framed

Anyone know of a good place to get this kind of stuff matted/framed?

You could frame it at my house. It would look good here.

Got a motocross jersey framed at Aaron Bros...they do good work. But they are expensive if they don't have a sale or some kind of promotional coupon you can use.

Yes, and you couldn't afford it.

I've gotten 5 frames from here.

You have to do it yourself but it comes with matting (that you pin or glue in). I like their frames. Also comes with a hanger. The frame locks as well.

This is one way to do it and can be reasonable if you have the 50% off coupons. With autographed stuff you definitely want to get at least the high end museum glass that doesn't have a reflection and blocks out UV so you don't have the signature fade over time. You will kick yourself later if you go cheap.

If it's something nice spend the money and do it right. You can also all some collectible places and see who they use to get a referral. I had a contact when I lived in Houston that did the stuff for the Astros store but can't remember his name right now.
