Do you guys think they'll have free trials this year? They could win me over because I have to test my crappy internet connection before I buy.

The US league pass does NOT include playoffs/finals.

I´ll gladly enjoy the free trial and then walk away from LPB. I bought it the last couple of years, but after the lockout I am not prepared to spend more money than last year for less games. I can`t believe they don`t have any kind of "welcome back" offer. Oh well, their are plenty of streams on the internet...

I know this thread is about league pass.. but I thought I would share this.

I live in the Houston Comcast cable TV area. Those greedy f**kers just killed all of the basic cable channels early Tuesday morning, just before 1:AM my time... Yeah I know... Comcast is just trying to say Merry Christmas right!!<img src='http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/14.gif'>

I just have a basic Comcast broadband account but could just hook the cable to the TV and receive all the basic cable TV channels.

They killed all of the basic cable channels but I can still get most of the local channels through the cable like you would get with just an HD antenna.

Anybody know where I can buy or where I need to look for a hacked Cable box that will give me back channel 37 so I can watch the Rockets at home and not have to go to a bar.

The price for basic cable and just a basic broadband from Comcast is like $60 bucks a month with just 1.5 Mbps and that SUCKS!! Comcast is a huge ripoff and in my area of town they have a Comcast only cable TV monopoly.

If anyone can give me some advice I thank you in advance
