    No that counteroffer was for the NBA to save face. They were putting ridiculous demands for the Rockets to back out of the trade. Think deeper.

    We are talking a package like Patrick Patterson, Kyle Lowry, Luis Scola, Kevin Martin, Two first round picks for 32 yr old Pau Gasol.:eek:

    Oh is that all? To give Chris Paul to the Lakers? They wanted us to give that? I think the Lakers pulled out before we did to look good because they knew we would laugh in their faces and pull out first.

    I hope they'll carry that low morale like they did last season and suck ass. Maybe unlike last season and beyond the ASB.

    Really? I would definitely trade Scola/Martin/Lowry or Martin/lowry/Patterson for Lebron in a heartbeat, with 5 years to work with? I'm sure Morey would be able to build a sick team around him. I'd prefer Durant though..

    Why not just offer that for cp3? Paul can get howard to houston. New Orleans can have lowry,martin,hill,and scola for cp3. The rockets would still have lee and williams at the 2, chase and morris at the 3, patterson at the 4, and thabeet at the 5. They could fill sign a guy like fasenko and other players for depth. At the end of the season, the can go after howard.
