Well NBC took its time to discuss and break-down parts of the game.

I think the 3rd week in a row, they had a longer than average discussion...I wonder if they wished for a Sunday night game now...?

I realize we won last couple weeks with TJ.. but I'm still a little nervous about our play the past couple weeks.. and no I'm not trying to be debbie downer.

    that said. GREAT WIN!

Besides the pick, TJ played a good game.

Tate and Rackers cost us a few points today.

We played better teams the last two weeks and turned the ball over waaay too much today.

But, that being said, I doubt the results would have been all that much different even if we were at full strength. Sometimes, its tough to win in this league... but good teams find a way to win those games.

Yates certainly has his rookie moments, but he sure isn't PLAYING like a rookie. His confidence must be soaring right now, rightfully so.

That's the thing, if we had lost this game, we could point to 7 points that Tate cost us on that fumble and three points on Racker's missed FG. Both of those miscues turned into (*only*) 6 points for the Bengals.

Definitely have things to clean up: running game has been out of sorts since the bye week, Tate needs to hold onto the ball since he's finding more daylight than Foster, Rackers needs to stop missing kicks (4 in the past 6 games - ironically, all wins), and the Texans need to get more out of their return game.

Got three weeks to shore up these areas and then get ready for what could be an epic playoffs for our Texans!

I think the Texans make everyone nervous when they lose their best players but they are starting with 3 freaking rookies, and all 3 play like 3 year starters..."A rookie quarterback beat us today," safety Chris Crocker said. "He did it with both his arm and his feet. I don't even know what to say. Wow."

I bet Houston is just buzzing right now -- lots of sleepy people going to work late tomorrow.

 Field Goal after Rackers' miss = 3 points, Touchdown after Tate fumble = 7... 3+7 = 10

Thanks for the correction - totally right: 10 points. The other 3 came after the Yates INT where he floated the ball over the middle. So that's 13 points off of Houston turnovers.
