Wish I knew. Cincy is without Leon Hall and Nate Clements so they're stuck with nobody's as the starting corners. That usually makes any wr a better play, but then again it was the same situation in Jacksonville when they lost their two starters and Youboty returned a fumble for a td. 3rd string QB is an unknown because you don't know who he's had a rapport with in camp/practice. There's no VY-Cooper, Painter-Garcon connection. Maybe Dreessen is it, but who knows. I'd go with Kyle Rudolph or Fasano before trying to guess between OD and Dreessen.
someone is going to put up some yards, but its hit or miss with Jacoby/Walter. OD has been limited for what seems like half the season, and I can only assume he is going to see more defensive attention with AJ out. but in that same vein he will be Yates #1 target, so you have to take that into account...its a tough call... all I know is Dreesen will catch a one pass, and it will be a TD
Should I keep Santana Moss vs NE or play Bradshaw vs Dallas? I also have no confidence in Pettigrew and need a TE but no one to choose from. The Gresham's, Hernandez's, and even Olsen's have been taken. Any good sleeper picks you guys got?
Moss. But I will say that Moss has lost a step. He drops passes that he should catch, but the NE defense is the north star. You can guide your fantasy team by it.
This is pretty trivial, but its the playoffs .... K: Gostkowski (vs Wash) or Hanson (vs Minn) DEF: Lions (vs Minn) or Giants (vs Dal)
I think im going with Gresham, everybody thought that OD would have a lot of catches with the backup QBs (Leinart and Yates) snice OD would be the checkdown guy, but they are using Dressen more, especially in the end zone.
Some bad luck/good luck Remember last week how I said I was eliminated from playoff contention because of Brandon Pettigrew NOT getting 5 points? WEll he scores a touchdown today to go along with 57 points UGH So the guy that I was tied in the standings who( I went 2-0 against) and still made the playoffs because he had 5 more points than me and was the 8th seed....well he's about to pull the 1/8 upset. He's up 33 points right now with David Akers left to play for him and Aaron Rodgers left to play for hte opponent. Non PPR league LUCK BTCH
I'm so unlucky. I have the best team in my league and I score way more points than anyone, but also have the most points scored against. Every week, a team goes off against me . Raiders can't even keep this game close and now Rodgers is benched.
I need 27 freaking points from Seattles DST...It's possible, I guess. Shut them out, get 3 turnovers, and return a punt/kick/int/fumble and 5 or so sacks. Sam Bradford is questionable so maybe I have a chance.
Made it past the first round of playoffs. Here is my lineup for next week: QB: D. Brees vs. Minnesota RB: R. Rice vs. San Diego RB: C. Spiller vs. Miami WR: L. Fitzgerald vs. Cleveland WR: S. Johnson vs. Miami FLEX: ??? TE: J. Graham vs. Minnesota DEF: Eagles vs. New York Jets K: B. Cundiff vs. San Diego Here's who I have on my bench that is eligible for the FLEX spot: F. Jones vs. Tampa Bay D. Branch vs. Denver S. Moss vs. New York Giants J. Jones vs. Jacksonville R. Williams vs. San Diego I. Redman vs. San Francisco T. Jones vs. Green Bay I'm thinking Felix Jones but Santana Moss and Julio Jones look encouraging. Maybe even bench Spiller and start Jones. Watching the Dolphins play the Eagles they have a good run defense and have only allowed 4 or 5 rushing TDs all season. Any suggestions?
I wouldn't trust Spiller in the first place, esp against the Miami run D. Murray going down makes F. Jones the RB2 in your lineup, against a TB def that gave up 4 TDs to MJD. (Felix is no MJD, but still). And play Julio Jones @ the flex. -2c
I need to play 3 receivers: Victor Cruz vs WAS Hakeem Nicks vs WAS AJ Green @ STL Stevie Johnson vs MIA Laurent Robinson @ TB I'm leaning toward Cruz, Green, and Robinson. I've had a lot of success playing Nicks and Cruz at the same time though. And I'm thinking Robinson is about to go down in production, but he is ON FIRE right now. Cruz, Green, Nicks or Cruz, Green, Robinson
