Still feel little more comfortable with some breathing room, since they're only a 1 1/2 games behind us, though I think we still get the tiebreak. Wouldn't want to play the Steelers in the first round.
They are two games behind us. And a banged up Steelers team would be just as beatable as a streaky Jets team.

i agree that it's faith, and i also am a proponent of the texans being swept under the rug..it's nice...silent killers...
Denver has played only 1 team that was considered above decent at the time, and the Lions wiped the floor with them. They can not and will not beat the Texans, Patriots, Ravens, Steelers, Jets in the playoffs. DED
Who said the Jets are making the playoffs? And since when are the Jets actually good??? They are a .500 football team.
One of the teams they beat was the Jets. Why could they beat the Jets in this streak but not during the playoffs? They are going to struggle against good offensive teams because they won't be able to keep up. That probably means major problems with the Patriots, and probably the Ravens, if the "good" version the Ravens play. The quality of the defense they face seems sort of irrelevant - any defense will shut them down for most of the game, but even great defenses like the Jets & Bears have been unable to stop them late. The Steelers are an offensive mess right now - that Denver defense could easily shut them down. Texans are a huge question mark - they've been slowed offensively the last two weeks by pretty good defenses, but Yates will presumably grow over the next few weeks.
I said this at the bar. Too bad I have Vernon Davis and Frank Gore on my team. Well not mad about Gore but yeah Davis smh
That's not the only reason they are winning. At the end of the day he is making plays at the end of games along with the rest of the guys on that offense. It takes both sides to get it done.
The same Jets that went 9-7, losing two games to the Dolphins, one to the Jags and Bills yet still made the AFC championship game? I'd say them losing a regular season game to the Broncos couldn't mean less in the playoffs. DED
No - I'm talking about the 2011 Jets. The ones that are fighting for their playoff lives, and who might miss the playoffs as a result of losing to the Denver Broncos, who apparently could never dream of beating them.
If you're a Texans fan you pretty got to root for Tebow next week against the Pats. 1st round bye would be the icing on this playoff cake.
