Ok, sure, but if the Rockets really are in rebuild mode then Lowry should be their most valued player right now. Martin and Scola I'd be more willing to part with. I think they're easier to replace.

None of this makes any god damn sense:

Why the hell would the Lakers pull out instead of us? We were the ones asked to give up more assets while they were still in route to get CP3 ?

Why the hell would the Lakers trade Odom to Dallas for a veeery late 1st round pick? That pick is not going to add much value for a D. Howard trade, that pick will be around 25ish...

How are the Clippers front runners for Paul now if they're not even offering Gordon? Who could they offer besides Griffin / Gordon that would've been better than Scola / Martin / Odom / pick?

And what is NO smoking not accepting Boston's trade offer of Rondo? You're getting a young, stud PG who will lead the league in assists and steals for years to come and you can build around.

Lowry is untradeable if we are rebuilding.

Anyone on the team that can net you a shot at a high pick in the next few drafts would and should be in play.

I have a feeling Morey has something else up his sleeve... I just don't know what. And frankly, I really don't wanna know at this point.

rocket's can't draft high if Les says the team has to be competitive. That means no tanking - and it really isn't Morey's fault that those are the conditions. Free Agency and trades are the hardest way to land a franchise player.

Lets go all in for Howard.

Trade Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Goran Dragic, Jordan Hill, Terrence Williams, and picks to Orlando for Dwight Howard & Hedo Turkoglu?

    1) Kyle Lowry / Jonny Flynn
    2) Courtney Lee / Chase Budinger
    3) Hedo Turkoglu / Marcus Morris
    4) Patrick Patterson / Chandler Parsons
    5) Dwight Howard / Hasheem Thabeet

Well heres a tip for Morey. Keep your next move quiet. Surprise us all. Get it passed like the Tyson Chandler signing came out of nowhere. Without a word. Everyone knows Morey is desperate or can bid against him if he lets everyone know. Come in and swoop up his deal or halt it.
