It's probably a better offer than what the clippers proposed. I think he expects the clippers to match the offer, regardless. If they don't he makes bank.

Also, it was reported that the Clippers tried signing Jordan on a 5yr/40 million contract.

DeAndre at $40M is much superior value to Nene at $60M-$70M imo

I knew he would get this much. 7 footers with double-double potential always do. But he is way way overpaid.

I was looking forward to see him with the Clippers. All that team needs is a PG and a few additions to the bench and they would be set for awhile.

DeAndre Jordan has Tyson Chandler type potential without the injury history and while being younger.

I think its a good deal especially with that team.

If the Clippers don't match. GS fans will start loving David Lee for the first time. I like that frontcourt.

Look for the Clippers to match GSW's 4yr, $40m offer sheet to DeAndre Jordan. Also look for C and FA-to-be Chris Kaman to be on the move.

The sheet's getting delivered to the Clippers now, and they'll have 3 days to match the Warriors offer for the restricted free agent center

He's a poor man's Tyson Chandler at best.

He had the benefit of playing with Blake, once he is featured role, he will shrink from the pressure.

DeAndre Jordan: Only guy to score 500+ points last season without a single one coming from outside paint. Worth $43M for that trivia alone.
