    Pau has been the second best center and power forward in the league for years. You are totally off base. He plays with Kobe who is a head case and a ball hog by nature (but one of the top 3 talents in the game). No one not even Chris Paul will be able to change Kobe and his ball hog ways.

    No matter how you put it...

    This is bad value for the Rockets. It may make the team better but I think everyone is just pissed that we seem to be overpaying for Pau with 2 just below allstar type players and a couple extra young-ins AND a pick.

    Take Martin out and replace with Thabeet/Hill/etc or take the pick out or something and I think everyone would be happy.

    The cost of sitting at this table is TOO HIGH.

    Getting cap space or Nene or whatever is not the point.

    *PLEASE CLUTCH or OTHER INSIDERS... convince Rox to sabotage this trade*

    Right. Then deal with emotionally damaged kmart. Then play with thabeet at center. Getting cap space for nene is the point. Wed have the best front line in the nba!!!!

    What does lowry have to do with pf/c? Pau/nene is beter than amare/chandler. Pau can actually play defense and is just as good offensively as amare.

    He already says he wants the trade to go through. Did you hear his interview yesterday? Imagine the deal being vetoed again. Scola would be fine. Kmart.... not so much

    in terms of FRONTLINE. Amare, Chandler and Melo is the best
    - pau and nene would be even if not slightly better 4/5 combo

    Morey thinks teams have to get bad to get worse but Les wants the team to stay competitive. This could be Morey attempting to please Les even if he doesn't think its a great deal.
