    Exactly. However, it is not in N.O. or the NBA's best interest to take on salary while they are being sold. Adding Odom, Scola, Martin, and Knicks draft pick is an attempt by Demps to get noticed by real owners and get a real GM gig. They don't have any young players to make him look good. The Hornets are the NBA's Colts once they lose their QB.

    There's definitely some conflicting reports out there.

    Adrian Woj is reporting that the new proposed trade has been submitted to the league while David Aldridge is reporting that it hasn't yet.
