Why do some of you find it so unbelievable that he died after 42 x straight? Do you know what type of physiological changes your body goes through during sexual excitement, orgasm, and resolution? Its pretty dramatic, but your return to your normal soon after but you're pushed to the far adrenergic side, elevated BP, HR etc.. for a normal individual who may push it to like 10 times which is an extreme they'll be fine, but their body will still be pushed to the sympathetic end for some time.
