    Good luck with that RT @SherrodbCSN: Source close to J. O'Neal said if he's traded to NOH, he'll ask to be waived, & look to sign with MIA

    Something tells me if he ended up with the Lakers somehow in this deal, he would do no such thing.

    how is it fair that the celtics get to trade at arm's length with the hornets without any interference and without other owners whining? Les Alexander should object to that trade after all we also own the hornets. LOL.

    O'Neal might be part of the bloat force-fed to LAL.

    He has yet to sign. He is second to both targets (Gasol w Rockets and Dwight w Nets)

    Can't see how the Celts pull off a West signing without it being a double sign-and-trade for Jeff Green. Is that even legal? My head hurts.

    @sportsguy33 it's possible, trust me.

    I wonder if Jeff Green is part of a CP3 to Boston trade. I hope this isn't the case.

    I don't know, but a trade that puts CP3 anywhere other than LA is going to make the league look really bad. (worse than it looks already)

    If it's JO, Bradley and the Clippers 2012 first round pick going to NO for West, then there is the very real possibility that the Hornets merely agreed to the West S&T in order to get that extra (very good) pick and will dump JO's salary on the Lakers or Rockets in a revived deal.

    If West is a free-agent signing doesn't that dispense with the need to acquire Jermaine O'Neal from the Celtics? i'm not adept with the trade scenarios.:)

    Word is that Okafor might be heading to the Lakers is what I'm hearing on the Hornets boards.
