If the only thing Orlando has on Houston is being on DH's trade wish list, the Rockets should sue them for defamation. Actually, the Rockets can have two things going for them. One is capspace, so they don't have to send back salary besides young players. Not sure if Orlando cares about this, but it's a thought. The Nets are the other team with this ability. But they would want an extension I'm sure. The other is that Dwight Howard might simply like Houston as a destination. We do lose in this respect to the Lakers, but the Magic may not like Bynum+crap. From the start, I thought we had the most likely shot as a straight up signing of DH12. As we definitely lack the pieces to trade for him. But if there really are communication between Dwight and Fegan and Morey, who knows?

What are the odds that this is just Orlando being pissed off and using McHale's past to their advantage? Just sounds fishy to me that McHale would do something like that his first real days on the job.
I believe they'd have to prove it. Then if found guilty, Rockets could get Minnesota'd. (Joe Smith...)
They would've lost because they have no proof. If they did have proof, of course they would've gone through with it just to teach Dwight Howard a lesson about planning his future. As I mentioned earlier, I could not believe Morey to be stupid enough to get caught even if he did tamper. It's just too huge a risk that's not necessary(can go through agent).
Told you there's nothing to worry about, as if Dwight Howard or any other NBA star would actually agree to meet with Morey. Child please, Morey is not allowed within 50 feet of the cool kids table.
