One thing I do know is that Kevin Martin (and maybe others on the team) have the same agent as Dwight Howard (Dan Fegan), so it is likely that Morey has spoken with Dan Fegan recently. Whether it's about Dwight Howard or not and whether that's permitted or not I don't know. It would seem hard to prove unless there's a confession or a paper trail.
