League source tells SI.com that it's New Jersey and Houston.

Trade blows up, and now being charged with tampering with Dwight Howard.

I quit the NBA if the block is not reversed and Morey resigns from his position as GM.

I feel the same way, but maybe it's just the emotions talking.

If this happens I am going to have to take a break from being a Rockets/NBA fan for a while.

    This league is a mess.

So there might be more to this "quitting" business.

Morey's job is to help the team win and provide an edge. He has positioned himself for months to be in this spot through smart moves, hard work, spending resources and time. Whether you agree or disagree with the moves he wants to make, that is what he has been doing.

NONE of that will mean **** now if the NBA can just pull stunts like this with a wave of their hands and nullify everything Morey has done. I'm pretty sure he is thinking, "WTF is the point? Why do all this work when it is all rigged anyways?" I would be beyond pissed. The NBA has made his job pointless.

If the Rockets are caught up in tampering is it the Joe smith debacle all over again? McHale can't catch a break.

I'm calling publicly for David Stern to resign as NBA commish.

There needs to be a petition with 50k signatures on it.

did you shoot him an email yet? I'm sure he's a bit busy, but wouldn't be shocked if he responded to you quickly to refute the rumor.

I love the NBA so much, but I'm kind of feeling the same way right about now. I wasn't a fan of the trade from the Rockets stand point, but it's still not right now the situation has been handled.

It's well-documented that DM had turned something out of nothing. He's pulled off many ridic deals on paper and has drafted very well. Nobody hits homeruns at every at bat. He rectifies mistakes quickly. Brad Miller is a recent example.

DM is one of the best in the business.

On and on it seemed to go, that you don't know what you've got til it's gone.

    what?

the big picture plan is les'. morey's charged with making it work.

have you completely missed morey's comments where he acknowledged that losing would be an easier path to rebuilding, but that he's been charged with being competitive and rebuilding all at the same time? if so, go to clutchfans front page, and read clutch's blog on the rockets being better of by not winning in 2012.
