This makes me sick. They caved and i am now going to believe this league is fixed because they want "fair play" unbelievable. I feel really bad as a rockets fan because now we are stuck with Scola, and Martin. WE LOSE THE CAP SPACE NEEDED TO SIGN A LENGTHY CENTER WHICH IS WHAT WE WANTED!!!! Too top it all off. N.O will lose Chris Paul at the end of the year with NO GAIN!!!!! Unbelievable owners. Good job. Your a joke. NFL, and MLB make you look really bad right now.

If Cuban was getting Paul he would have said nothing.

I just don't like other teams interfering in our teams business.

Alright, I`ll give it a try:

NO gets Rajon Rondo, J. O`Neal and 2 first rounders for Paul

    or

NO gets Westbrook, Harden, Mohammed and a first rounder for Paul

I didn`t even try some crazy 3 team trades. But in both trades they get young aspiring stars - way better than this trade. In the proposed deal that has been shut down they would be better this year, but nowhere near being a contender. With one of my proposed trades they would at least have a starting place at rebuilding.

I wonder if the NBA is just making them wait till the "official" start of free agency and trades at 2PM??? I guess, officially, they shoudn't have even been trading players right??

how can you not think our chances wouldn't improve by taking away a bit of offense, but replacing it with REAL DEFENDERS

Somebody take his Twitter away. Luckily he's a nobody on our team. Of course he liked the deal, it meant more potential playing time for him.

So when the Lakers turn around and trade for Howard will the owners block it?
