    Unfortunately for Morey and the Rockets the only way this team gets better is if Patterson has a breakout season or Morris is a ROY candidate.

    If the young guys start producing then you really get some assets. Martin/Scola are no real assets. Real assets are young players with potential.

    I completely agree. We finally have a legit go-to All-Star.

    And if we get Nene, then we'll also no longer be undersized.

    But someone will need to step up at the 2. (Bud?)

    This Chris Paul thing has been a circus, but I remember reading WAYY earlier today we were going to go hard after Nene once we got Gasol and the deal was complete. Is this still happening?

    When did Morey say the Rockets were rebuilding? He has consistently said they are NOT rebuilding, and that Alexander won't let that happen. Did this change during the current football season and I missed it?

    Rebuilding or not, how does keeping Scola and Martin help? I can't believe someone is willing to take those 2 guys and their contracts. Your proposal is to keep them? Those 2 guys are more overpaid than Gasol. In the current climate where bigs get such huge money thrown at them, Gasol may be underpaid in fact.

    Idk about you guys, but I think this lineup kicks a**:

    PG: Lowry
    SG: Lee
    SF: Morris
    PF: Pau
    C: Nene

    Make it happen Daryl! This would be one of the best defensive lineups in the LEAGUE.
