    Otherwise, the show was probably the worst of the season. Just not that funny.

    Agreed, but I'm willing to give it a pass because it was a Christmas episode. Theme episodes like this tend to trend this way.

    I'm not sure I agree, but even if that is true, it's a testament to how good this show is that even in what is perceived to be a weaker season, it's still probably the best sitcom on network TV.

    This show is still strong, not every episode is going to be great, but they never have a weak show where the writers seem to have mailed it in.

    i thought it was a pretty good episode considering it is a x-mas one. It has a couple of LOL moments (mostly from Gloria and ) and it had some heart felt xmas moments

    One of my favorite series, and we didn't even discover it until halfway through last season. Now I have every season on disc, and crack up watching the episodes again, sorta like I do when watching Seinfeld episodes I've seen a dozen times or more. Just great acting, and fantastic writing, but Julie Bowen, gain some weight! I swear she has to have lost some as the series has gone on.

    Love this show. I think the funniest episode ever was the plane crash one from season 1 :grin:

    I think when the season started she had just had babies in real life, she is probably back to her normal weight which I agree is too danged skinny.

    The show is amazing though, I really wish they would have explored having that divorced woman in the neighborhood a bit more....she was hot.

    Yep. The little things like Cam's eyes when they kept shifting over to look at Benjamin Bratt. Subtle, funny stuff.
