Has it all come down to Boston v. LA again? I'm really tired of two NBA teams owning the leagues best and **** blocking everyone else from tasting success.

I nt get over the fact that we pay for the lakers to receive Chris Paul. Our assets end up being put to use for another franchise?!

No way. I can't come to terms with that. Especially the pho king Lakers

He has an incredible impact on defense. He needs shooters around him though.

What do you think of a possible Lakers' starting lineup of Kobe & CP at guards, Artest and Odom at forwards and Bynum at center?

That seems like a fair trade. I think Clutch hit it best when he said that we would be giving up all the pieces for Paul, but not even getting him (especially when we don't seem to care about him extending here).

Again I'd prefer us not doing anything to Paul to LA.

Morey isn't trading Martin (even if the Hornets keep insisting) unless they want to do something like Thabeet, Martin, Budinger, and picks for CP3 (Pau) which is unlikely. Who wants to go back to the days of watching the Rockets go 4-5 minutes without scoring? Not me. All this team needs is interior presence and height. Is that so much to ask for?

DM will keep dangling packages built around Scola (Scola, picks, Lee, and Dragic). I'm sure he hates this trade enough already as it sends CP3 to LA. The most I see him adding on is Budinger, and the Battier TE for Ariza's contract....but then Morey would want to keep the picks. I doubt the Hornets would do this trade without receiving any decent picks.

The problem is that any team that wants to trade a star to the Rockets will want to rape them of their assets, and put them in salary cap hell just because they can.

Dude the NBA is getting smaller. Gasol would play C in Houston. I think we only play Orlando once this season.

Would you take Rondo over Pau?

    I'd check in to rehab.

Because my addiction to the NBA is not a drug until it makes me hurt.

Top 15? That's laughable I'll name you 30 over him. The guy played with Kobe, in the triangle offense, let's not overrate him.

I think Morey will do whatever he can to make sure we keep Martin. I understand his defensive faults, but I really think Morey values his offensive efficiency and understands that he is the guy he brought here to pair with a legitimate big man.

You have to make a heck of more trades to make that HAPPEN.
Instantly Gashole doesn't make us better. We'd lose 2 of our best players plus everything is new with McHale and the players.
    We lose our veterans.

absolutely not! Rondo will not do anything for this team unless he is surrounded by spot up shooters and a scoring big down low
