We've had assets for about 3 years now, all those players went to other teams. That should be a sign for you.
whatt those memphis teams were DEEP. hubie brown had a quality sub at every position. there may not have been another superstar but that was a quality team
how did lowry and gasol do together before the trade? theres no way this goes down without DM already having an agreement in place with someone else. the twin gasol towers idea intrigues me though

The entire Lakers team was in a funk and got destroyed. Pau was playing MVP type basketball last November.
Kobe can make any player seem good + all the favoured calls the refs give any LA Laker. Gasol is soft and Scola is the opposite and I thought hard-nosed defense and hustle is what was supposed to define the Rockets ? Where's that philosophy going with a soft ass coming in.
The more to come part sounds interesting... “@sam_amick: More to come RT @ChrisMannixSI SI: Lakers, Hornets, Rockets talk three-team deal; Celtics trying to get back in the mix http://t.co/ixkDKkOS”
Every player is badly abused by Dirk. Without Chuck Hayes, Scola and whoever we put out there will be badly abused by Dirk.
Not sure if this has been answered or not, but is that what the Rockets are giving up, or is Broussard just listing some of our attractive assets.
Exactly. We are trading for a big to play with Martin. Defeats the purpose. I just think it is for salary purposes.
We were never going to be able to trade for a franchise player. Those guys want to go to LA or NY now.
All that means is that we should rebuild, not give up future picks just so we can be a number seven seed for the next three seasons.
Gasol outplayed Kobe to an extent in the championship years. I guess you did not have stats for that?!!
