If you multiplied Rubio's 3 point % by 100000000x it might match Rafer's.

Don't know how the faster NBA will do for Rubio. Of course there's room for plenty assists, but that's probably it. Below average athleticsm, absolutely no jumper, not enough strength to take it to the rim, struggles in halfcourt sets. Think he'll be eaten by quick/strong guys like Westbrook, Rondo, Curry, Wall, Rose,... Ricky's extremely overrated in my opinion, but as a former fan(he was a beast until like 17) I'd be pleased to see him perform well.

Amen. RT @usat_jzillgitt: Congrats to one of good guys: Pat Zipfel named advanced scout for Timberwolves. Had same job in HOU under Adelman.

Another Houston-Minnesota 'trade'. Advance scouts this time. Pat Zipfel to Timberwolves with Adelman; Brent Haskins to Rockets with McHale.

I think Adelman will make them a playoff team too; they need to add a veteran to lead those young guys; Hayes IMO will be a perfect fit up there, he can play along Love and teach them defense and toughness, plus Adelman likes him

I'm looking forward to the Wolves' season with Adelman, as they were a mess on offense last year.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Anthony Randolph flourish in the new system.

If Grant Hill is gone from the Suns the T-Wolves should offer up Rubio and Beasley for Nash.

Wouldn't make any sense, that move wouldn't make T-Wolves a contender and strip them from their future.

Their future is Williams and Love. Rubio and Beasley are role players.

But you don't trade two good role players with great trade value when you don't have a deep bench or a valuable starting pg. It just doesn't make sense to trade for Nash when you're not a contender with a maximum 2 year window.

That's it. I think Rubio is going to be a complete bust. The time to trade him would be now.

You still dismissin the age argument. Why trade for a old veteran that only has like 2 quality years left when your team is still young and developing? They wouldn't win a championship with Nash and would be without a PG and quality player in Beasley after that. Total trade bust.
