    Then expect rejection...

Scola is already old (31) - so unless is in a win now mode why do they want him?

Morris - Undersized PF / Rookie not even a top 10 pick
Montejounas - Rookie / 2nd pick / will he translate into an NBA player?

Lowry - I can see them wanting him
    2 #1 picks are plus

Kevin, Patterson has to be involved in a CP3 trade.. Maybe not directly but with at least a 3rd team..

I seriously doubt Paul would want to stay here... Unless we can reel in another star player, or are convinced Paul would draw Dwight here(and not the other way around), I wouldnt give up more than 1 other significant player besides Lowry(either Martin OR Scola) to get him.. Although I don't know why we would'nt purse D-Will with the same attitude..

just to play devils advocate, all signs point to them letting West and Landry walk, so they literally have zilch at PF. hence, I could see some interest for both Scola and Pat

Call me crazy but I think CP3 and DWill would play really well together/off of each other! Anyone remember DWill's old Illinois days? It was a three guard combo shooting lights out all day long (Luther Head being one of the three)!

I'm ok with throwing in the Kitchen sink because if Paul doesn't resign we are going to suck and be in contention for a top 3 pick.. :)

We can't beat the Clippers offer

Gordon, Jordan S&T and Minnesota's first round draft pick.

I would guess Morey has several trade scenarios up his sleeve to compensate for the loss and to pair up with the superstar(s)

No doubt that would be a tough pill to swallow because who would play the PF position? Unless we do sign Chandler  and slot Hayes at the 4?

Woj reported Gordon not in Clippers' offer and probably won't be unless they get a guarantee from Paul that he will sign extension.

Hill seems to be a more natural 4 as well (although he stinks something awful no matter where you put him). Though, if you put on your Rockets colored glasses Hill seems to be the athletic type of big who would benefit from playing next to someone like CP3

Also: sources say Eric Gordon has not and will not be offered to NO for CP3. Minds change, as we know, but that's LAC's position right now.

Minnesota's draft pick probably won't be as good as it looks. Rick Adelman, Rubio, and Williams give that team the #14 pick.

sure...take the hardline now, but once NO says- "throw in Gordon and you have yourself a deal" the clippers will break.

LOL. They won't win 30 games this year.

It only takes 29 games to make the playoffs this year.

I think they will win at least 34 games.

Adelman finally has a superstar to coach.

This would be ideal and it's interesting that the players mentioned are not the 09 draft busts. I am betting that Morey's way of thinking is if that I can just get Paul here then Dwight will sign as well. Or maybe sign and trade the 09 busts to Orlando. It's taking a chance but what else is there?

Who's the Superstar? Kevin Love? He's an All-star not a Superstar

No one knows how many wins it will take to get into the playoff until the end of the season is close. IMHO i don't think 29 or 30 does it.

BTW, We can't trade our 2012 pick because we traded it to NJ. We also can't trade our 2013 pick.
